Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the USA.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hoursof placing your order. After this window, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Once delivered, you can still return your order for a full refund if it doesn’t work out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Shipping begins the following business day. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since every 1098 piece is made to order, please allow 7–14 business days for production and fulfillment.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our site are listed in USD and are tax-free. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for customs delays.
